Michelle Wimberley and Pooja Murgai Taneja have come together to bring you an afternoon of meditative art expressions.
Soul Vibration is an immersive art experience, allowing you space to practice diving inward, to listen and feel the vibration and voice of your soul, to breathe into and expand this vibration and then materialize it on a canvas.You will learn how to detach, with loving kindness, from the inner critic, that loud voice that keeps us in the “safe” comfort zone box.
This will help you break free from the old, fearful, limiting story and enter into a vast and abundant space of creativity!
Pooja, will be guiding us through an art expressive session, teaching you techniques and tools to empower the artistic voice of creativity, to express itself freely!
